Sadly the Franklin Art Association has lost some long-time members. Their contributions will be missed, whether it was their ready hands willing to help with a show, their donations of items for a scholarship raffle, enjoying their submissions to a competition or simply a cheery hello and friendly smile at a meeting. Their member galleries are preserved here for everyone to look back at and remember their work and thus the person behind the art that we grew to know and appreciate.

Joan Sweeney
Joan Sweeney was a lovely woman, and a great FAA member always willing to volunteer for so many years. She will be greatly missed.
Richard Guardabascio
Richard Liziario Guardabascio always had an interest in arts and crafts. Upon retiring he became interested in watercolor painting and other mediums. He has been attending adult education art classes on Monday evenings. With a natural understanding of outdoor scenes it is a joy to add wildlife to his paintings. Richard is affiliated with the Franklin Art Association and the Blackstone Valley Art Association. He has had several paintings shown in art shows in the local area. Richard uses Lizario when signing paintings in honor of his Grandfather.
